We offer a variety of gluten friendly cakes and fillings for those who choose to reduce their intake of gluten products for personal reasons but can tolerate foods with gluten. Our gluten conscious cakes are made in a facility that processes foods with gluten. Therefore, if you cannot digest or tolerate any gluten, please contact a bakery that strictly processes gluten free foods.

We require a minimum order of 1 dozen (12 cupcakes) per order or a six inch cake (12 slices).

Our gluten conscious cakes are not available in sample sizes

Because our gluten conscious cakes are not commonly ordered, when ordered, they are ordered and charged as regular cakes. The smallest size available for purchase is a six inch cake, consisting of four cake layers and three fillings (three fillings of the same flavor), with 12 slices or one dozen (12) cupcakes.

*We offer two options of gluten conscious vanilla buttercream; house or bakery buttercream. Our house gluten conscious and more popular vanilla buttercream is a non-crusting buttercream that is smooth, creamy and not too sweet. Our bakery gluten conscious buttercream is a very sweet and crusting vanilla buttercream. It is similar to icing used on grocery store cakes. Both buttercreams are scratch made.
