Our wedding cake decorator has over ten years experience as a wedding cake decorator and designer, as well as several years of retail cake decorating experience. Her specialty and favorite in all cake decorating is wedding cakes.
While living in Michigan, she took baking and advanced wedding cake classes from Oakland County Community College and Schoolcraft College.
To be able to meet the changing styles of wedding cakes, she continues to take advanced classes in baking, fine pastries and cake decorating, and keeps abreast with the latest trends in wedding cakes.
